Our Staff Blake M. Howe Funeral Director, Embalmer and Event Planner bhowe@funeraltrust.org Blake is the manager of Walton Funeral Home and O'Brien-Rogers and Crosby Funeral Home in Reno. He is a fourth generation funeral service professional, having literally grown up in the business and following in the footsteps of his Great-Grandfather, Grandfather and Father. Blake is a graduate of Aims College in Greeley, Colorado and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He and his wife Rhonda moved from Colorado to Reno in 2000 and have one daughter, Reygan. In addition to being a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in the State of Nevada, Blake is a Nevada State Specialty Agent licensed in Life Insurance. By holding these licenses, Blake is able to assist families with any type of advanced planning arrangements, providing them with peace-of-mind for future needs. Blake is past president of Kiwanis, Jaycees and the Lions Club and is currently active in the Reno Downtown Rotary Club. He enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer. Thomas Hajec Funeral Arranger and Event Planner thajec@funeraltrust.org Tom has been a Funeral Arranger and Event Planner for more than five years. During his tenure with us, Tom has helped hundreds of families celebrate the lives of loved ones with personalized ceremonies. Born and raised in Utica, New York, Tom is one of seven siblings but the only one to venture west of the Mississippi. After earning his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo, he followed his wanderlust across the United States, Canada and Mexico before settling in the community of Reno. A resident since 1979, Tom met his wife, Debi, shortly thereafter and they have been married for 25 years. Blessed with three children, Noah, Katie and Bebo, they have long been committed to causes and activities involving children. Tom commits his time and energy to youth sports, such as the Y.M.C.A. basketball program where he coaches. Tom was also a program assistant at the Sun Valley Teen Center. Lewis R. Noel Funeral Director, Embalmer and Event Planner lnoel@funeraltrust.org Lewis Noel is a veteran funeral service professional, receiving his licensure in 1960. Through his career, Lewis has owned and operated multiple funeral homes and cemeteries and has helped literally thousands of families create meaningful and unique celebrations of life. He is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in both Washington and Nevada and is also a Nevada State Specialty Agent in Life Insurance. His experience is a source of confidence among his client families and his fellow professionals. In addition to helping families at their immediate time of need, he also specializes in advanced planning arrangements, assisting families in planning for their future. Lewis and his wife, Gail have three grown children and six grandchildren. They belong to the Victory City Church where they are active members. Lewis enjoys golfing, travel and working in his yard, but his first love and interest is his family. He is a 35 year member of Rotary International, being a distinguished Paul Harris Fellow.
